
Julie Lioré holds a degree in anthropology, with research focused on eating behaviours and their impact on health. Certified as a nutrition advisor by a naturopathy school, she now works as a nutrition consultant specialising in nutritional genomics, a field in which she has developed recognised expertise.
She is also a journalist specialising in nutrition and health, contributing to Révolution Santé, Alternative Santé, Plantes & Santé, and other publications.
Julie is the co-author, alongside Dr Georges Mouton, of the book I Eat According to My Genotypes – How My DNA Shapes My Plate, which explores the link between genetics and personalised dietary choices.
